Access to this website does not necessarily entail the provision of personal data. In any case, the use of some of the services offered requires the user to provide certain personal data. SENA will cancel all user data received when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and will keep them only to meet legal obligations.

Any user who sends information to SENA is solely responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data entered, and SENA takes no responsibility in this respect.

The user guarantees the accuracy, authenticity and validity of the personal data provided, and undertakes to keep them duly updated.

The user has the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition. To do so, he/she may write to SENA by e-mail.

IT security measures

SENA has established the appropriate security measures and those legally established in RD 1720/2007 of the Regulation Implementing Law 15/1999, to guarantee the privacy of the user's data, and to guard against their loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and/or theft.

In any case, consideration must be given to the technological situation, the nature of the data collected and the risks to which they may be exposed, both by human activity and by the physical or natural environment. To this end, consideration will be given to legislation in force on the protection of personal data. In any case, it will be clearly indicated to users that IT security measures are not free from attack and that, consequently, illegal or unfair intervention may arise, but that SENA would not be liable in this regard.
